The OS1 separator is designed to remove oil from the refrigeration system and return it to the compressor, resulting in shorter compressor run times, reduced energy consumption and the highest possible return on investment. Internal coalescent filter captures dirt and effluent to .3 microns. Compatible with all refrigerants except ammonia.

Protect Your Wine Cellar Refrigeration System Against Violent Boiling in the Compressor

OS1 can efficiently remove oils, grease and hydrocarbons, leaving only the non-hazardous water.

It is installed on the compressor discharge line before the condenser.

It is 7.25 inches tall and has an outside diameter of 2 1.4 inches with the following connectors: ¼ inches  OSD Inlet & Outlet and 1/4 inches OSD Oil Return.

It is painted and baked on a dry powder coat with a maximum temperature of 450 °F.

Oil Separator (OS2)

900 Series coalescent oil separators are for OE applications and require a clean system. 900 Series separators have a factory-installed standard filter that picks up all dirt and particles to 0.3 microns. Typical filters catch only 50 microns or larger.
