They are based in Memphis and Nashville and have been operating for over ten years. In that time, they have created multiple EPA Energy Star rated and MLGW Eco-Build Certified homes and three USGBC LEED-certified homes. Their goal is to create homes that use less energy and water, emit fewer pollutants, and are overall more sustainable than traditional homes. As a result of their efforts, Engineered Comfort has become a leader in sustainable homebuilding.

Our technicians know how each system was designed to operate, so when there’s trouble, it will be resolved quickly with little-to-no down time for customers while they wait on repairs.
