Compare items of your wine cellar cooling equipment against the Bill of Lading and Packing List. Inspect for any apparent damage prior to accepting delivery. Soon after receipt check carefully for any concealed shortages or damage to the equipment.
Issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery to US Cellar Systems
An RMA (returned merchandise authorization) must be requested prior to the return of any cooling equipment. Elective returns requested within 90 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus freight charges. New returns must be uninstalled and returned in original packaging. Credit for returned products will be issued within 30 days after inspection by USCS.
